Visit Comunico support app (password protected)
We developed a nifty application for the telecommunications firm Comunico that enables their frontline staff to quickly and easily create support tickets without having to navigate the company's complex CRM.
Our app integrates with the Autotask customer relationship management (CRM) system, and simplifies the ticketing process significantly. That means Communico team members don't need to undergo specialist training to add, update and attach notes to support tickets.
This system also prevents untrained staff or contractors from accidentally deleting or changing important data in the CRM system, since it limits users to specific tasks.
